Please complete the following form to verify your organization’s tax exempt status. To be eligible for the exemption, Florida law requires that nonprofit organizations obtain a sales tax exemption certificate (Consumer’s Certificate of Exemption, Form DR-14) from the Florida Department of Revenue. To receive tax exception for Florida Gators ticket purchases, the UAA requires that you provide a copy of your tax exemption certificate prior to paying for tickets. Annual season ticket renewal invoices will be issued with taxes included. Re-submitting your form upon receipt of your invoice is a requirement for having the tax removed from your balance due each year.
